Title: Achieving IR4.0 in Science, Technology and Innovation: Challenges and Solution: Are we capable?
Dzulkifli Abdul Razak (or for short, Dzul) is the Rector of the International Islamic University. He is the immediate past president of the International Association of Universities (IAU), a UNESCO-affiliated organisation, based in Paris. He was the Convenor of the Regional Centre for Expertise on Education for Sustainable Development based in Universiti Sains Malaysia beginning 2005. Dzul was awarded the prestigious 2017 Gilbert Medal in recognition of “his long term commitment to a sustainable approach to international higher education." He is a Fellow of the Academy of Sciences Malaysia, the World Academy of Art and Science the World Academy of Islamic Management.

Title: New Frontier in Halal Technology
Syed Azhar Bin Syed Sulaiman, Prof. Dr is a doctor of Clinical Pharmacy from Universiti of Michigan, USA. He is currently working as Director of Advanced Medical and Dental Institute, Universiti Sains Malaysia. He is the Malaysia Chairman for Asian Assosiation of School Pharmacy. He is also the Chairman of Halal Research Cluster in USM and also committee member of Halal Penang. He has more than twenty years of teaching experience in the field of Clinical Pharmacy including undergraduates, Master in Clinical Pharmacy by course work and PhD in Clinical Pharmacy by course work. He is the first Malaysian, and the first Muslim in the world to receive the prestige Ishidate Award 2010 in Pharmacy Education Category as the Best Pharmacy Educator in Asia Pacific. He is holding at least 30 posts as Chairman for Local and International bodies in various pharmacy fields such as ACCP, AASP,FAPA, Ministry of Higher Education and various events involving Pharmacy Association in Asia Pacific. On the research side, his research profile consists of more than 100 research publications in renowned journals. He has been in International Editorial Board of various journals internationally. He is also author of eight books.

Title: Integrating Science, Technology and Innovation with IR4.0 towards Sustainable Development Goal 2030.
Professor Bahruddin Saad joined the Fundamental and Applied Sciences Department, Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS since July 2017 upon his retirement from Universiti Sains Malaysia. He obtained his BS and MS degrees in 1980 and 1982 from the Indiana University Bloomington and North Texas State University, respectively. He was awarded a PhD from the University of Wales in 1988. Professor Bahruddin is a fellow of the Malaysian Institute of Chemistry and sits on the Editorial Board of Food Chemistry (impact factor > 5), Malaysian Journal of Analytical Sciences and Malaysian Journal of Chemistry. He has vast teaching experience at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels not only in Malaysia but also in Singapore, Saudi Arabia, USA and Kazaghstan. His research interests are mainly in green separation methods, in particular the analysis of environmental pollutants, drugs and food contaminants. These are aided with solvent minimised sample microextraction methodologies. He has successfully graduated more than 50 and 20 MSc and PhD students, respectively. He acquired an H-index of 35 and has more than 4500 citations to his credit.

Yoshihiro Yasunaga is Director of Sales & Marketing, CYBERDYNE Inc from June, 2019. He received the B.S., degree in management from the University of Dokkyo and M.S., degrees in healthcare from the open University of Japan, in 1996 and 2015, respectively. He works for TYCO HEALTHCARE JAPAN as USCPA in 2002 - 2006. He was the finance controller with the ON Semiconductor technology in 2006 - 2008. He joined CYBERDYNE Inc. as a corporate planning manager. He was appointed as General manager of sales & Marketing in 2013 and also manage Oita & Suzuka & Shonan ROBOCARECenter. He is also Ph.D student in Medicine of University of Tsukuba.

Title: Medical Diagnostic System: From Medical Modality to Computer-Aided System
Nor Ashidi Mat Isa received the B. Eng. Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with First Class Honors from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) in 1999. In 2003, he went on to receive his Ph.D. degree in Electronic Engineering (majoring in Image Processing and Artificial Neural Network). He is currently a Professor and the Deputy Dean (Academic, Career and International) at the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, USM. His research interests include intelligent systems, image processing, neural network, biomedical engineering, intelligent diagnostic systems and algorithms. As of now, he has led his Imaging and Intelligent System Research Team (ISRT) research group to publish at both national and international arena. He has published more than 150 manuscripts indexed in ISI out of a total of more than 250 publications. Due to his outstanding achievement in research, he gained recognition, both national and internationally. Some of his achievements are - appointed as visiting professors, keynote speakers, external examiners for undergraduate and postgraduate programs, examiners and assessors for thesis and research grants and editorial board for international journals. In addition, he has successfully graduated 25 PhD, 24 Masters (research mode) and 16 Masters (mixed mode) students.
